Responsibilities include:

• Motivated to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Focus on the customer to drive business proactively.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and support new technology to enhance sales.
• Represent customer experience expectations and align with RL Brand standards.
• Champion RL core values and support a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
• Support alternative purchase paths and broaden product discovery methods.
• Maintain store standards and provide feedback on opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Retail or industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals as needed.
• Ability to operate registers, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
