Day Shifts Only (7a-7p) 12/27, 28, 29, 30, 31 OR 12/25, 26, 27, 28, 29 - Trauma II Hospital- 18-20 patients/day- Active FL License & FL DEA to be presented- Clean files only Temp privileges will be issued within 10-15 days- Procedures: Intubations, Central Lines, Arterial Lines, HD catheters, chest tubes- Support: critical care PA or NP 12 hour days, ICU nursing, RTs and ancillary depts
