An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr Administrative Assistant at Honeywell located in Charlotte, NC. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive administrative experience to significantly impact and support our Process Technology leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Answer phone inquiries, directing calls, and providing basic company information.
  • Arrange sometimes complex travel arrangements both domestic and international including accommodations, detailed itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Plan/organize and implement events such as meetings, business luncheons, client dinners and employee team building activities.
  • Extensive calendar management skills a must. Manage executives schedule to reflect current objectives and act as liaison for executive team.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and track data, as well as maintain OneDrive files and correspondence for meetings; record in Teams channels.
  • Attend staff meetings as determined by leader and track action items from those meetings.
  • Handle confidential information; become a trusted member of the team.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior‑level leaders
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • 5+ years of experience scheduling appointments/updating calendars and coordinating travel
  • High School Diploma or GED
