We are seeking a part‑time Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Mineola, NY tax office, working evenings and Saturdays through April 2026. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.
Duties
- Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating client appointments.
- Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Performing accurate and timely data entry.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and collating documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, professional environment, including experience managing a high volume of phone calls.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Solid administrative, computer, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
- Experience with UltraTax and CS Practice is preferred.
