Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Finance & Accounting Coordinator - Central LA, onsite Monday-Thursday The Finance & Accounting Coordinator supports the daily financial operations of a fast-paced entertainment business, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing across accounting, reporting, and production-related finance activities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities within a creative, high-volume environment. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day AP and AR processing, including invoice coding, vendor setup, payment runs, expense reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of supporting schedules Maintain accurate and organized financial records, contracts, and production documents Track and process production-related expenses, petty cash, and POs, ensuring compliance with internal controls Assist with forecasting and budget tracking for projects, events, or productions Prepare weekly and monthly reporting, including cost tracking, revenue summaries, and variance analysis Liaise with internal teams (production, marketing, operations) to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies Support year-end audit requests and other compliance requirements Research and resolve vendor inquiries, payment issues, and coding questions Assist with ad hoc analysis, financial modeling support, and special projects as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience; entertainment experience is a plus Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred) Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with internal teams and external vendors Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative culture with shifting priorities Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Please submit a resume to be considered.
