LOGISTICS RECRUITER $25.00 AN HOUR STARK COUNTY You will be sourcing and qualifying driver candidates, managing the pipeline, and collaborating with operations. Also, finding and screening leads, building a candidate network, and ensuring a successful onboarding process for qualified drivers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trucking industry and a proven track record of successful recruiting. RESPONSIBILITIES Source and attract qualified CDL-A, CDL-B, and other truck driver candidates using various recruitment methods, including online job boards, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for our specific needs. Work closely with the operations team to understand driver requirements and ensure all recruited drivers are properly qualified and meet company standards. Manage the full hiring pipeline, from initial contact to onboarding, and ensure all necessary applications and documentation are completed accurately. Build and maintain a strong, ongoing pipeline of potential driver candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in truck driver recruitment. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for experience in the trucking or transportation industry. Deep understanding of CDL licensing requirements and transportation industry regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools. Ability to pass a background check Must be Proficient in Excel. TenStreet Software experience a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
