Job Description
An organization in Westchester County NY is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support technology leadership and oversee daily office and business operations.
About the opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, FT
- Setting: On-site
- Length: 3-6 months
- Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and share actionable summaries
- Anticipate executive needs and align priorities across teams
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Oversee daily office operations for efficiency and professionalism
- Act as primary contact for building management, vendors, and partners
- Handle supplies, equipment, contracts, and expense processing
- Support onboarding and cross-functional coordination
- Implement workflow improvements and keep operations structured for growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in office management, executive support, or operations
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to develop and improve processes
- Proficient with office software, scheduling tools, and admin systems
- Self-motivated, independent problem solver
- High discretion, professionalism, and adaptability
