Hardwick General Contracting is seeking a remote Executive Assistant to directly support our President and help streamline daily operations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable Executive Assistant who can bring clarity, consistency, and organization to our leadership workflow. What You’ll Do In this role, you will work directly with the President to manage communication, coordinate priorities, and ensure smooth, efficient operations across the business. Responsibilities include: Managing the President's email inbox daily, including sorting, prioritizing, and drafting responses Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and planning follow-ups Organizing documents, digital files, and project information Preparing simple reports, summaries, and updates as requested Tracking deadlines, tasks, and outstanding items across multiple projects Communicating with team members, trade partners, or clients when delegated Assisting with research, data entry, and administrative tasks Providing general organizational support to ensure leadership stays focused on high-value work This position begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as responsibilities expand. What You Bring Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a remote role High level of professionalism and discretion Tech-savvy with confidence using email management tools, cloud storage, and office software Ability to prioritize effectively and stay composed under pressure A proactive mindset -- you anticipate needs before they become problems Experience supporting executives, managing heavy inboxes, or working in construction or professional services is a plus but not required.
