As a Principal Architect, you will develop innovative IT concepts and architectural solutions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enable organizational transformation. This role primarily serves the US Public Sector but is also open to private sector engagements. Candidate Requirements: US Citizenship and active security clearance or ability to obtain one (e.g., DoD Secret / Top Secret). Experience managing portfolios and projects for US federal agencies in a technology consulting context preferred. Key Qualifications: Extensive IT expertise and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges. Leadership in change management and agile methodologies. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Deep understanding of IT architecture across various technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred. 8+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in architecture. Knowledge of cloud-native applications, API/microservices, data analytics, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain). Benefits:
