RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes:
Cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations.
Staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness.
Marketing, profitability, and perfect image & adherence to standards.
Great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work.

QUALIFICATIONS
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients, prepare products, receive & process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and hand‑to‑hand accuracy.
Keyboard or touchscreen order entry.
WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to varying weather when removing trash.
In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F to 90 °F+.
Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
SENSING
Talking and hearing on the telephone.
Near and mid‑range vision; depth perception.
Ability to differentiate hot vs. cold surfaces.
TEMPERAMENTS
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others.
Work under stress, meet quality control standards, analyze data, make judgments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
Walking, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching.
Handling loads up to 70 lbs from floor to shelves; carrying trays of pizza dough (~12 lbs each).
Operating dollies, kitchen equipment, and delivery vehicles.
DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
Deliver product by car to customers.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
REQUIRES
Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Navigational skills for reading maps and locating addresses.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing stairs.
Driving within the designated delivery area; making several deliveries per shift.
Walking between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
