About The Role Uber's Growth and Marketing Platform builds the technology products that power the majority of Uber's Acquisition and Retention engines, including automation, insights, and measurement over $1B+ of marketing spend per year and billions of user communications per month.
What You'll Do
Define, operate, and iterate a large-scale technical planning process across multiple Growth and Marketing technology verticals
Coordinate with Uber's core technology team to understand integration points and requirements on an ongoing basis
Coordinate with Product Leadership to define and communicate top-down guidance, strategy, and expectations
Coordinate with Engineering Leadership to align planning with engineering needs, ensuring consistent and timely delivery from the product organization
Coordinate with Business Leadership to ensure timely delivery of planning themes, guidance, and feedback
Manage recurring technical forums and leadership reviews (e.g., product launch tracking, Monthly Tech Day, and OKR/tech reviews) to drive alignment, transparency, and accountability
Lead strategic storytelling and relationship building to elevate the visibility of tech work across other orgs, driving awareness, understanding, and stronger cross‑functional collaboration
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Technical Operations
Large-scale project management experience
Understanding of planning frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile, Jira)
Ability to clearly and succinctly present information to internal and external audiences
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse functions and teams
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working on global projects or in an international setting
Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork bringing key partners across functions together
Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
Analytical expertise
Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and evolving priorities
High attention to detail and a bias toward actionable prioritization, efficient execution, and timely delivery
Comfortable managing both strategy and execution—balancing big-picture planning with hands‑on ownership of tools, workflows, and deliverables
A self‑starter who is organized, resourceful, and constantly looking for ways to optimize systems, improve visibility, and drive impact
Experience working in the tech industry
Salary and Benefits For New York, NY-based roles: base salary range USD$157,000–$174,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: base salary range USD$157,000–$174,000 per year. All US locations eligible for Uber’s bonus program, equity award, and benefits.
