Order Fulfillment Specialist Join Merchology as an Order Fulfillment Specialist in our Customer Service team. We are a leading eCommerce retailer in B2B sales of co‑branded merchandise including apparel, headwear, drinkware, gifts, and accessories. Responsibilities

Professionally communicate via phone and email with vendor partners and customers.

Proactively manage and oversee customer orders to meet customer deadlines.

Investigate and resolve orders beyond their designated shipping date.

Act as the liaison between the customer and Merchology’s operations team regarding issues during the production process.

Review past‑due orders to ensure they are closed and billed.

Process new tickets in the operations pipeline.

Create tickets for damaged items in the order questions pipeline.

Send initial emails to customers.

Update orders based on customer requests in Merchology’s ERP (NetSuite).

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

One or more years of customer service experience in retail, restaurant, sales, or office environment.

Friendly and team‑oriented attitude.

Efficient and detail‑oriented.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

HubSpot or other CRM knowledge is a plus.
