This role supervises the Online Order Filling team, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining compliance with company standards, and driving performance through coaching and process improvement.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Hourly Wage $20 - $33 per hour
Additional Compensation Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives can be earned. Additional compensation may be paid as premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
