We are looking for a qualified, experienced clinician to join our Medical Management/Health Services team and help improve care for our 28 million members. This is a full‑time, hybrid position that will work remotely with approximately 25 % on site at local hospitals.
We're Hiring
Full‑time Medical Director
Hybrid role: remote with 25 % in local hospitals
Responsibilities
Primary liaison with all hospitalist groups
Review daily census and determine opportunities for conversion to a more appropriate admission status and/or transition to lower care levels
Analyze hospitalist group metrics and assist with improving efficiencies
Work closely with the Population Health team to determine appropriate level of care and ensure optimal discharge planning
Assist with hospital discharge planning and correct hospital acuity documentation
Qualifications
Las Vegas resident
Must be licensed in NV
Hospital privileges in the Las Vegas area
MD or DO without restrictions
Hospitalist experience
5+ years of experience in Medicine and as a Hospitalist
Experience functioning as a lead
Graduate of an accredited medical school, plus board certification by the ABMS
Current state medical license without restrictions
Position Purpose This Medical Director will assist with hospital discharge planning and correct hospital acuity documentation. It will work with our hospitalist groups, nurse case managers, and the hospital case managers.
Pay Range $210,800.00 – $400,500.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education and other job‑related factors permitted by law, including full‑time or part‑time status.
