Job Details

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney. * Admitted to the state bar and in good standing. * Proven background in civil, bankruptcy, mechanics lien, foreclosure, and construction. * Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills. * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and relationships simultaneously. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software. * Knowledge of the Tech Services industry is a plus.
