Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative Construction team. This position is full-time. Travel within the regional area of Rice Lake, WI is required. Responsibilities Analyze malfunctions and repairs Repair, and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license, CDL preferred Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair preferred Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations Able to communicate effectively Ability to listen and take direction Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees Benefits Starting wage $28-40/hour + overtime depending on experience.
