Your Responsibilities
Help us attract and onboard recent graduates, and make their start at Datashift a success.
Bring creative ideas to strengthen our presence and work on projects that improve recruitment and marketing strategies.
Manage recruitment processes from first contact to onboarding.
Organize events and activities for potential candidates.
Collaborate with a dynamic team and share your vision.
Explore new initiatives that fit your strengths and interests.
Qualifications
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Ideally, have 1–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, or similar experience through an internship, preferably with a focus on data, IT, or engineering.
Have strong communication skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Flexible mindset and eager to help build a bigger story.
Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Thrive in a dynamic environment that challenges you to adapt and think on your feet.
