Position Summary: As a Healthcare Recruiter at ATC Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in temporary, contract, and permanent assignments. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and speed of our staffing efforts, ensuring that we deliver exceptional candidates to our clients efficiently and consistently. Key Responsibilities: Source, recruit, and interview qualified nurses, allied health professionals, and other medical staff through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs Screen candidates for required licenses, certifications, experience, and availability Partner with the Credentialing and Onboarding teams to ensure timely compliance with all placement requirements Coordinate interviews, job offers, and assignment start dates Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure proper documentation Develop strong relationships with candidates to encourage long‑term engagement and retention Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals and KPIs Stay up to date on current market trends, licensing requirements, and healthcare staffing regulations Collaborate with sales and account managers to understand client needs and fulfill open requisitions quickly Host and plan job fairs and hiring events Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred Minimum of 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing agency environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Indeed, or similar platforms is a plus Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment Energetic, resourceful, and results‑oriented mindset Why Work with ATC Healthcare Services?
