Overview We are seeking a strategic and innovative technology leader to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of digital business products across the organization. This role is responsible for enabling digital transformation, optimizing technology investments, and delivering high-performing digital solutions that enhance business operations. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technologist with strong leadership, communication, and business partnership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Development Develop and execute a long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital business products. Serve as a catalyst for digital transformation, guiding the organization toward modern, high-impact technology solutions. Ensure digital products are reliable, high-performing, and aligned with business priorities. Identify productivity improvements, cost efficiencies, and opportunities to increase the value of the digital technology portfolio. Partnership & Business Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to gain support for transformation initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to develop solution concepts, assess opportunities, and build business cases for new technology investments. Oversee the launch and adoption of digital products to ensure meaningful impact across the organization. Team & Vendor Leadership Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, supporting their professional growth and aligning their efforts with organizational goals. Manage external vendors and partners involved in product development, implementation, and support. Oversee budget planning, product portfolio management, and KPI performance tracking.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in programming, systems analysis, or implementation. 5+ years of experience leading or managing teams. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Background working with business processes such as Commercial, Supply Chain, or Industrial operations. Knowledge of IT processes including development, infrastructure, security, governance, and technologies such as Cloud, Big Data, APIs, AI, and GenAI. Expertise in Agile methodologies, Project Management, Product Development, and innovation processes.
