Were still a small team and youll be our first deployment strategist. Youll lead the deployment of AI agents into highly regulated banking environments, helping banks and fintechs fight financial crime at scale.

What youll do here
Lead agent deployments to our financial services clients. Manage pilots for our new clients (plan, execute, present results). Expand and demo new agents to our current customers. Make lots of decisions quickly. Take risks.
What you bring to the table
Track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (Python, R, SQL). A pragmatic approach to building fast at the early stages of a company. Familiarity and deep interest in the rapidly changing capabilities of LLMs. Interest in discovering what problems our customers face and how we can solve them. A sense of agency and urgency.
