AV Technician Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience Location:

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Perform service calls and system diagnostics on AV systems Provide technical support for integrated AV solutions Assist with equipment setup and testing during downtime Interpret schematics and technical documentation for troubleshooting Maintain records of service activities and client interactions Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with team members for timely project completion Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and practices Required Qualifications & Experience: CTS certification required Q-SYS Level 1 certification required Minimum 3 years of experience in the audio-visual industry Strong familiarity with AV networking, especially Netgear systems Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in both service and installation roles Knowledge of emerging AV technologies Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Perks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits packagedetails will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
