Product Manager
to work for our client located in Columbus. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities: Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into actionable plans for development teams. Oversee CRM platform enhancements and integrations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders across all levels.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product management within technology-driven environments. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
