Hartford, Connecticut Fulltiime Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder to meet business needs and automate workflows. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, handle data migration, and build reports/dashboards for stakeholder insights. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Agile methodologies, while maintaining code quality and documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, triggers, and security configurations. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PDI), Platform Developer II preferred, or Administrator. Essential Skills Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs for integrations. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Data Loader or Workbench. Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, multi-org environments, or third-party apps like Marketo. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and ETL tools for data management
