Role: SAP S4HANA Testing Manager Location: Charlotte, North Carolina USA Work Mode- Hybrid Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Fulltime

Key Responsibilities Lead large scale implementation in TOSCA test automation and providing guidance to the team Work closely under the guidance of Test Manager and has strong experience knowledge in automation testing frameworks and 3rd party tools for TOSCA Evaluates systems andor applications and determines candidates for test automation to accommodate a variety of SAP GUI Webbased Fiori clientserver and mobile applications Experience with Continuous IntegrationContinuous Development Continuous Testing practices by creating and executing scripts defect triage and as well as reporting results Design test data management through automation for test data creation and maintenance through implementation of different strategies in the frameworkaccelerator to accommodate different test data creation needs to serve a variety of functional test Accomplishes high test case automation coverage by running an active test case candidate review program Keeping up to date with the industry standards and direction and be capable of doing POCs to implement new changes in accordance with industry Hands on experience with Tosca Dex administrationconfigurationcustomizationupgrade activities Proficient in 1 programming languages CNet Java and familiar with API automation Experience with TestDevops managementanalysis tools qTest Manager HP ALM ADO Rally LiveCompare etc Exhibits critical thinking and problemsolving skills Experience working in hybridagile methodologies Having strong communication skills and being able to collaborate with multiple partners.

Testing Leadership Define and implement endtoend testing strategy for SAP S4HANA unit integration UAT regression performance Lead a consolidated strike team including automation and performance testing leads Establish governance models and reporting frameworks for testing maturity uplift Manage defect triage prioritization and resolution tracking

Project Management Coordinate with business users SAP functional and technical teams and external vendors Oversee onboarding team structure and reporting alignment Drive cutover validation and hypercare testing post golive Evaluate current operating models and identify process gaps

Required Skills Experience Proven experience in SAP S4HANA testing Greenfield Brownfield Hybrid Strong knowledge of SAP modules FI MM SD PP WMEWM Familiarity with Fiori apps testing and CDS Views Expertise in tools SAP Solution Manager Test Suite CBTA Tricentis Tosca Jira HP ALM Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience with custom code remediation validation and Universal Journal Lead Test Management using tools like SAP CALM and Tricentis TOSCA Drive automation in testing to reduce timetomarket and longterm costs Oversee unit testing system integration testing defect resolution and user acceptance testing UAT Ensure regression testing readiness especially when customizations are done in the BTP layer Manage test documentation SOPs and training materials Technical Functional Skills Understanding of SAP modules like O2C P2P R2R and Group Reporting Experience with test scenario creation test execution and defect lifecycle management Familiarity with S4HANA environments
