The Company is seeking an Executive Director to spearhead its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the Board of Directors, part-time staff, and dedicated volunteers, taking on a multifaceted role that includes strategy, fundraising, program management, communications, and organizational operations. The Executive Director will be instrumental in ensuring the long-term sustainability and impact of the organization, and must be a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in both development and operations. This role demands an exceptional manager and coordinator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while providing clear and respectful guidance to staff, volunteers, and community partners.
