Locums - Hematology/Oncology - Hazard, Kentucky (Willing to License)

Position Overview:This hematology/oncology locums assignment provides outpatient clinic coverage with low daily volume and support from advanced practice providers. The locum will function as a solo provider while collaborating with three physicians who are also based at this Hazard location.
Responsibilities / Workload:
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic/private practice
Department Focus: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
Patient volume: 15 patients per day (low volume)
Support & Facility Details:
Support staff: APP support + 3 hematology/oncology physicians on-site
EMR: Meditech
Requirements:
Board Certified - Required
Credentialing timeline: 60 days
Willing to license providers
