Speech Pathologist - Hillcrest
Apply for the full‑time Speech Pathologist position at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest, San Diego. The role includes weekday clinical duties with one weekend day/week and is bonus eligible.
Scripps Mercy Hospital is an integrated community hospital located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Washington Street. The campus houses a Level I Trauma Center, outpatient rehabilitation, robotic surgery, childbirth and Level II neonatal intensive care units.
Our Speech Therapy department welcomes a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to work with inpatient and outpatient patients, providing evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education across a continuum of care. The department collaborates closely with other rehabilitation disciplines and serves a diverse patient community.

Requirements
Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in California or pending California license (must be in hand by start).
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
Proficient in conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies.
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
At least 1 year of acute care experience.
Position Pay Range: $52.28–$75.96 per hour.
