Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Brooklyn, NY
Join Kidz Thrive ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to individuals with ASD by conducting one‑on‑one sessions, implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and maintaining communication with families and supervisors.
Responsibilities
Conduct one‑on‑one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques.
Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect data to measure progress.
Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule availability (full‑time or part‑time).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality of client information.
Mandarin speaking is a plus.
