Fee For Service Productivity Model – W2
The ability to work closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations.
No testing psychology positions available at this time; 100% therapy only.

Fully licensed and credentialed in Illinois or in process of taking the full license exam in Illinois, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
Ability to provide full-time therapy-only practice.
Compensation range offered is reflective of our market; final compensation may vary. LifeStance reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances unrelated to protected status.
