Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is Per-diem and will work 8-hour, Night shifts.

The clinical pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
PharmD - Pharmacy Doctorate or
Bachelor's Degree - Pharmacy.
California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).
Preferred Qualifications
1 year - Acute care hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent experience.
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
