DDS/DMD degree with an active, unrestricted Illinois license
Passion for patient‑centered care and building trust
Commitment to continuous learning and skill expansion
Willingness to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods
Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary
