Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician

Location: 1844 Nelson Road Longmont, CO USA 80501
Schedule: Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-min lunch)
Pay: $22/hr (W2)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Associate Manufacturing Technician to support daily manufacturing operations. This role includes assembly work, using hand tools, assisting with equipment setup and calibration, performing rework, and conducting basic quality checks. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts, components, and subassemblies
• Use hand tools (2+ years experience required)
• Assist engineers with setup, testing, calibration, and process adjustments
• Perform routine rework and quality inspections
• Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience using hand tools
• Entry-level; on-the-job training provided
• Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule
