What youll do: Partner with key stakeholders across the organizational boundaries and drive the strategy and execution of broad, horizontal platform initiatives and communicate with senior executives and other stakeholders. Own the planning, execution and communication of data engineering initiatives end-to-end with the highest levels of leadership in the company. Assist in audits (internal and external); support the identification, inventorying, and remediation of findings and issues. Establish and implement processes and mechanisms for large organizations to operate smoothly and with strong execution rigor.
What youll need: Bachelor's degree or higher with an engineering and technical discipline. 10+ years of experience in technical (software, data, engineering) program management. Ability to deliver large scale, enterprise-level, cross-cutting programs. Experience influencing stakeholders and executive leadership through strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills. Strong sense of ownership and bias for action. Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
