$130,000 base (with incentives to earn up to $200k/year) Interview Process:

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner to run our new wellness clinic in beautiful Vero Beach, FL. This autonomous role operates under the supervision of a licensed physician and is ideal for a provider who thrives in a patient-centered, wellness-focused environment. The role will be 70% running the wellness clinic (will offer treatment specific trainings) and 30% consulting patients seeking reconstructive, wound care, weight loss, plastic surgeries working alongside the physician.
Responsibilities Manage patient care within the scope of hormone therapy, including consultations, assessments, and treatment planning Administer and oversee therapies including GLP-1 agonists, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), IV therapy, and peptide therapy Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE PA-C or NP, active license in the state of Florida 2+ years of professional experience operating as a Physician Assistant Understanding or high interest in learning the management of HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) Prior experience in functional medicine, wellness clinics or reconstructive, plastics, dermatology, surgery related fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
