Join a dynamic team dedicated to pioneering AI solutions in the banking industry. As an AI Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in fine-tuning AI models, managing capabilities, and configuring tools for enterprise use. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with business units, identify AI use cases, and drive innovative solutions. The role is newly created to support the growing demand for AI expertise within the company. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Fine-tune AI models in pre-built applications Collaborate with business units to identify AI use cases Test prompts across various business scenarios Maintain current understanding of AI and machine learning Monitor AI platform outputs for bias and consistency Conduct testing prior to and post-production release Create requirements documentation for AI solutions Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI Proficiency in Python, SQL, or JSON Experience in AI, NLP, or large language models Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Familiarity with AI platforms Analytical skills to interpret prompt performance metrics Experience in prompt engineering Perks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits packagedetails will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
