Job Summary: The Epic Payer Platform Integration Specialist is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Epic’s Payer Platform modules to support payer workflows. his role demands strong expertise in healthcare interoperability, Epic systems, and a deep understanding of the payer domain. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions that ensure seamless health data exchange and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Epic Payer Platform modules to align with organizational needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design enhancements to support payer operations. Provide support and timely troubleshooting for issues related to the Payer Platform, collaborating with IT and end-users. Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive user adoption and best practice implementation. Design, configure, and maintain health data exchange interfaces including templates, workflows, and rules. Ensure solutions meet compliance and regulatory requirements around prior authorizations, claims, and clinical data exchange. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, with hands-on experience in Epic Payer Platform implementation and configuration. Strong knowledge of health data exchange standards such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, API, and EDI. Familiarity with clinical terminologies like SNOMED, CPT, and LOINC. Experience with integration platforms and API gateways. Proven ability to configure Epic Payer Platform modules (Clinical Data Exchange, Member Insights, Electronic Authorizations, ADTs, PAF, and Claims Exchange). Expertise in building interfaces and templates to meet healthcare payer business requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in team settings. Preferred Qualifications:

Epic Payer Platform certification. Master’s degree in a related field. In-depth knowledge of healthcare payer workflows and regulatory standards. Certifications:
