We're seeking a Platform Software Engineer to develop our real-time tracking systems that process thousands of soccer and basketball games. You'll work at the intersection of high-performance computing and sports technology, helping build the future of sports analytics and visualization. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement low-latency algorithms alongside computer vision, AI, and augmentation teams Develop high-performance code for both cloud and on-premises deployments Build autonomous systems to scale our technology and reduce manual intervention Create tools and frameworks to enhance developer experience and productivity Participate in on-call support and root cause analysis for live events Required Qualifications
3+ years of industry software engineering experience Expertise in Rust (or strong proficiency in C++ or Go with willingness to learn Rust) Experience with real-time, low-latency system architecture and benchmarking Strong background in framework development and developer experience Excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments Proven leadership and communication skills Technical Environment
