As a developer in our Payroll team, you will be working on our ground-breaking solutions. Your impact will be evident through your effective participation in the entire lifecycle of our software including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing and support of our products. If you are a technology enthusiast with a focus on backend development, have passion for creating great software, want to see your creation utilized by thousands of people all over the world, and possess one or more of the following qualifications, we want to talk to you. Collaborate within a cross functional distributed team on the design and implementation of new features Drive quality and best coding practices Full stack development on a web application Including front end development of high performing UI controls Skills and experience we value
University degree in Computer Science or related field Able to work with a distributed team Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development Extensive experience in delivering enterprise level software and building high performing applications In depth knowledge of C# and .NET framework Strong with SQL, TSQL, database design, query optimization Experience building high performance and scalable applications Experience with or desire to work in an agile development environment Experience with unit testing and mocking What would make you really standout
Experience working with enterprise cloud application in HCM or Payroll space is a plus Experience working with Azure – Kubernetes Experience working with Confluent Kafka Experience working with SaaS products Experience building tools for use by other developers Are disciplined self-starters, capable of working independently or in close collaboration within an agile development team Have excellent communication and collaboration skills Are inquisitive and have an eagerness to learn Share our values and appreciate and practice respect, simplicity, communication, and hard work Are happy to take risks, learn from failure and improve with constructive feedback Always keep our customers in mind for every engineering decision they make What’s in it for you
