TekPro Support Services, LLC is hiring for an HR Security Specialist
The HR Security Specialist supports security efforts for their designated command station. This is a 100% onsite position at Stewart Lee Udall Department of the Interior Building in Washington, D.C. It is a part-time or full-time role until September 30th, 2025. Responsibilities:
Initiate background investigations and review completed forms in NBIS system. Complete daily eDelivery downloads and enter data into the NPS Backgrounds Investigation Management Database and spreadsheets. Mail out childcare forms (if support is not remote) and report to MIB. Initiate PERSEC tasks in USA Staffing. Upload signed Certificates of Investigations (COIs) into eOPF. Complete Sponsor tasks in DOIAccess. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Understanding of security policies, procedures, and practices relevant to government contracts. Familiarity with regulations such as FAR and DFARS. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with HRIS Security and External Recruitment Resources.
