Direct message the job poster from Rue Gilt Groupe The Role: Senior Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Solutions Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst to join our expanding Enterprise Solutions Team . This role is pivotal in supporting our PeopleSoft-based solutions, overseeing analysis, design, and implementation of PeopleSoft applications and modules. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and finance stakeholders, to enhance business processes, optimize system functionality, and deliver high-quality PeopleSoft solutions. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft implementation projects, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. Conduct functional analysis of business processes and system functionalities to identify improvements and ensure alignment with best practices. Configure, customize, and integrate PeopleSoft modules according to business needs, maintaining data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and translate them into effective solutions. Troubleshoot issues, investigate, and resolve complex problems related to PeopleSoft applications to minimize downtime. Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, patches, and industry best practices; recommend system enhancements for performance and efficiency. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system design, test plans, and user guides. Support teams to facilitate smooth adoption and operation of PeopleSoft solutions. Ensure quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation procedures. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective stakeholder communication. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (desired). 10+ years of proven experience as a PeopleSoft Solutions Analyst, with expertise in specific modules. Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM Financials 9.2 (GL/AM/IN/AP/PO). Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, data structures, and system integration. Experience leading end-to-end PeopleSoft implementation projects. Knowledge of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, BI Publisher, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, nVision, and Query. Experience with PUM upgrades and retrofitting customizations.
