- Daily compensation or a percentage of adjusted production
- Flexible scheduling: 2 Saturdays per month initially, with the opportunity to increase

Your Role As a Part‑Time Endodontist
- Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions using evidence‑based endodontic techniques
- Perform root canal therapy (including retreatment), pulpotomies, apicoectomies, and related surgical procedures as needed
- Utilize digital radiography and other diagnostic tools for treatment planning
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post‑operative care, and prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records
- Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of treatment
- Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with CDC and OSHA standards

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
- Active, unrestricted state dental license
- CPR/BLS certification
- DEA license (if applicable)
- Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain Real ID for military base access
