Base Pay Range

$63,000.00–$70,000.00 per year.

Potential up to 10% bonus paid quarterly.

Principal Duties

• Supports the management team and oversees daily operations of the assigned restaurant.
• Ensures effective restaurant operations, achieving consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards.
• Supports team members in training, development and recognition, driven by an employer‑of‑choice mentality.
• Promotes and supports a 5‑star guest experience.

Founded on the idea that tacos don’t have to be associated with Tex‑Mex cuisine and can be made with the same care and quality ingredients as fine dining, Velvet Taco is where “anything goes meets the art of the possible.” We use only the freshest ingredients, slow roast our own chicken and corn, use lots of booze in our margaritas, and make everything from scratch, so our food tastes really awesome!
