LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT

clinicians to deliver

teletherapy

in partnership with schools, families, and community organizations—right from your home office.

Location:

Fully remote (must be licensed in California)

Employment Type:

W-2 with full benefits

OR

1099 contract

Salary/Pay Range

W-2: $55,000–$116,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)

1099: $70–$105 hourly (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)

What You'll Do

Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.

Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners.

Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.

Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.

Contribute to program growth—help refine Daybreak's clinical offerings.

Flexible Schedule: Set hours Monday–Friday (3 PM–8 PM) + optional weekends (9 am‑5 pm)

Daybreak covers around 90% of medical premiums, and 100% of dental and vision premiums for W-2 employees

Daybreak covers around 65% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for all eligible dependents

Contract Perks (1099): Low weekly caseload minimum (5 sessions), bilingual pay, cross-license bonuses for the 1099 role

License & Experience Requirements

Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California

Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings

Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed internet connection

Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity

Associates NOT accepted for the W-2 or 1099 position
