Job Details: Experienced Capitol Hill LTAC, Washington, DC, Full Time, BSN pay $43.00 - $62.07 Hourly. Shift: 7a-7:30p. RN ICU. 12K Sign Bonus for Full Time Hires – Must Apply & Sign Offer Letter by December 31, 2025.
ICU Registered Nurse Job Description At BridgePoint Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH), you will provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect critical patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff. You will communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager, and co-workers, and participate in discharge planning.
Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
Licenses/Certification: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire date.
Experience: Minimum of six months’ ICU experience in an acute care setting preferred.
