Overview Target Optical, a subsidiary of Luxottica, offers a full‐scope independent practice in Cincinnati.
We are looking for an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients.
Operate under the Full scope of practice, with no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas.
Maintain professional autonomy in patient care.
Assist with pre‑testing, use of the Revolution EHR software, and other technical support as needed.
Participate in automated on‑line appointment booking and patient recall systems.

Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule.
Fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
Some offices may offer use of the Revolution EHR software and have tech and pre‑testing support.
Automated on‑line appointment book and patient recall system.
Compensation & Total Rewards Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
Compensation may include a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
