Youth Development Associate Program Director

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Youth Development Associate Program Director will work directly with the Youth Development Program Director and Site Supervisors to oversee the daily operation of school-age programs, including school year and summer at the Y. High school graduate or equivalent 21 years of age or older 48 college credits and/or approved district paraprofessional test Bachelor’s degree or A.A. in education, child development, recreation, or related field (preferred) or five years’ experience in related field Four or more years of site supervision Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with diverse populations
