What You Will Do A Director ofIT Infrastructure Cyber and OperationsTechnology isresponsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of technology solutionsfor the company's Infrastructure operations, including employee service desk/support and cybersecurityThis role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level software, integrating various systems, and driving continuous improvement in IT Infrastructure processes across the enterprise.This involves leading a team, partnering with various departments, andleveragingtechnology to enhance business operations, improve productivity, andoptimizeexecution. This leader manages teams, budgets, and timelines for technology projects, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand compliance with industry standardsandneeds tooperatethis tower as a business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement thefoundational infrastructuretechnology strategyand associated roadmaps supporting the businessoperations, aligning it with overall business goals.
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level system software, includingnetwork, compute, storage, cloud, collaborationsystems, cyber, service, mobile devices,associatedautomation tools,andanalytics solutions.Also, responsible for ensuring that the architecture for the enterprise supports theaforementioned capabilities/services.
Drive adoption and effective use ofinfrastructuretechnologyto reduce costs and improve efficiency. Design and execute adoption programs andleveragedata-driven insights to enhanceassociate/customerproductivity, experiences,and revenue growth.
Implement andmaintainrobust IT security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., PCI, GDPR, HIPAA).
In partnership with ITleadership, establish KPIs and performance metrics, generate reports and dashboards for insights, andmonitormarket trends.
Manage and mentorthe IT infrastructure and operationsteamtofoster a high-performing, collaborative, data-driven culture, and attract, train, andretaines the besttalent.
Develop and implement disaster recoveryin support ofbusiness continuity plans to ensure system availability during emergencies, conducting regular testing and updates of recovery.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Drive continuous improvement intechnologysystemsprocesses and methodologies,leveragingtechnology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze and streamlineOperationsprocesses and implement best practices with the goals of improving productivity and key measurable outcomes.
Ensure that all technology solutions and processescomply withindustry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, supply chain andlogistics, enterprise data,holding company organizations,executive leadership, and external partnersto ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.
Identifyand evaluate emerging technologies and trends ininfrastructuretechnologiesrecommending and implementing innovative solutions.
Generate reports and dashboards for insights, performance, and operations.
For this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in relatedfields(e.g.Information Technology, Computer Science) isrequired, with a master’s degree preferred.
10years of relevant experience ininfrastructure and Operations.Consumer-Packaged Goods(CPG)/Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industrya plus.
Proventrack recordin infrastructure,cybersecurity, andserviceoperationsand associated technology strategies.Strong understanding of corporate business processes, as well as experience with relevant technologies, including infrastructure support of cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Warehouse Management systems and the full Cyber suite.Similarly, integration with Data, AI, and analytics solutions.
Experience with Cisco Meraki, Silver Peak, Microsoft Office Suite (365), plus Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, Amazon Connect.ITIL and ITSM processes,toolsand technologies (e.g.ServiceNow, Fresh Service, Planview).Coca-Cola CONA systems, SAP, Salesforce.com systems are a plus.
Proven experience in leading andmanaging technology teams, performancemanagement, mentoring, and development.Familiarity with digital transformation. Experience in a BPO environment.
Previousproject managementexperienceincludingplanning, execution, and risk management.
Competency in managing IT budgets, analyzing spending, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels. Ability to work collaboratively.
