We are currently seeking a

Business Management Analyst

to work part-time with the Federal Aviation Administration. This is a part-time, remote role that requires attention to detail, ability to write and edit, and communicate well with teammates as well as the client.

Position Summary:

The Business Management Analyst will be a part of a larger team working to assist the FAA in their Acquisition division to refine processes, tools and gather data for and about their workforce. A contractor in this position can expect between 44 – 76 hours of work a month.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and propose approaches, practices and tools to support current and evolving acquisition workforce training and development needs.

Develop and implement programs to deliver those approaches, practices and tools.

Maintain and improve the processes, procedures, resources and tools necessary to support acquisition workforce planning.

Design, develop and implement acquisition workforce development and certification programs.

Identify, collect, track, and report on acquisition workforce membership levels, changes and composition.

Track and report on certification and continuous learning status for acquisition professional certification programs.

Write and publish reports and management studies, including FAA's annual Acquisition Workforce Profile.

Provide web design/development support and develop other media to include briefings, presentations, emails, posters, flyers and other communications tools, to facilitate outreach to acquisition communities; and Design and deliver training and other developmental resources to support acquisition development needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Economics, Business Administration, Policy, or related field

3+ years in Business Analyst role

Experience developing and following budget, timelines, and procedures

Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and

Ability to create logical flowcharts using available software

Compensation:

Salary for this position is $45/hr commensurate with experience and qualifications.
