Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system
Requirements / Preferred Experience
SRSMG is seeking an
experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our Endocrinology Division
Must have previous or related experience to provide excellent quality patient care with ideally a
minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA
in an endocrinology setting
Must have the ability to work independently
Position Details
Full-time salaried position with a 5 days/week schedule Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch
100% outpatient supporting SRS Endocrinology physicians
Provide additional patient access with new consultations and follow-up visits
No call, no weekends, and no after-hours work

Compensation and Benefits Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
