experienced, board-certified Medical Oncologist
to serve as
Program Director for our ACGME-accredited Hematology & Oncology Fellowship Program . A
$75,000 bonus
is available for this key leadership position.
We are also recruiting for additional full-time attending Medical Oncologists and clinical leadership roles across our growing cancer programs—ideal for candidates seeking private-academic practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful career advancement.
About the Program Director Role The Program Director leads all aspects of our Hematology & Oncology Fellowship, including:
Oversight of ACGME accreditation, curriculum design, and program operations
Ensuring compliance with institutional and national training standards
Creating an exceptional educational environment for fellows
Collaborating with faculty, research teams, and department leadership
Shaping a program embedded within a robust research and clinical trials ecosystem
Hematology & Oncology Fellowship at ChristianaCare Our fully ACGME-accredited

Extensive hands‑on experience in diverse hematologic and oncologic diseases
Mentorship from faculty engaged in research, clinical trials, and translational science

Position Qualifications
BC/BE in Medical Oncology
Eligibility for Delaware medical licensure
Prior teaching or leadership experience preferred (PD or APD experience ideal)
